Is there a policy regarding refunds if a player is injured and out for the rest of the season?

There are no refunds for a player who gets injured during the course of the season. Nearly all of the costs associated with the team are fixed costs -- uniform fees, fees to the DSL, coaches kit fees, referee fees, team fees, tournament fees, costs for the tournament, etc.
While it is unfortunate that a player gets injured during the course of the season, there are no funds available to cover this.
It may be possible to purchase individual insurance to protect againt this injury -- similar to \
