I would ask that you do two things. First of all, send an e-mail address through the web site and indicate the player\'s full name and player ID (this is on the registration form or should be). Secondly, go in and re-register, BUT, go to the Special Requests Field and enter \

It has been over 3 weeks since I sent the email to the contact us link. I understand that you have a lot of things going on, do you know when you will be processing the cancellation?

The player was removed from our system back in May at your request. The cancellation has been completed. I am not sure what more you are looking for in this case.
