uniform
Is the new uniform close enough to the 08-09 uniforms to not buy a new one? I know the logo is changing, but is the style of the jersey changing?

Yes, the uniform style is changing. The shorts are different, the jerseys are different and, as you mentioned, the logos are different. The fee includes the new uniform.
Next year, a credit will be availabe for returning players. This year, all players are required to procure the new uniform.

If I remember correctly, this year\'s registration allowed me to take the ($30, I think) credit for a returning player. Does my fee cover a new uniform even though I elected to not receive one and instead take the credit? Thank you.

That is NOT correct. New uniforms are REQUIRED in odd numbered years -- 2009 being one of them. All players will be receiving new uniforms. The $30 credit does not apply.
Apparently, the registration system did not properly reflect this fact. This information was communicated multiple times to 2008-09 players via e-mail.
The design of the new uniforms is significanly different from the 2007-2009 uniforms. Next year, the credit for uniforms will be available.

Yes. The uniforms are different from last year. The registration system did not get updated to indicated that all players were getting new uniforms. Yes, since the $30 credit does not apply, that amount will need to be paid.
