SPECIAL NOTE CONCERNING FEE PAYMENTS/BIRTH CERTFICATE RECEIPT!!!
For the many procrastinators in our organization, please simply drop checks and birth certificates in the mail ASAP.
The PakMail location is the location of our mailbox. If you have not sent in your payment or birth certificate (for new players only), please drop them in the mail today. As long as we receive them by Thursday (local mail will make it in three days), no late fee will be assessed.
The primary reason for the urgency of receipt of payment is this is the best method of ensuring that the player is committed to playing. Each year, we have about 2 - 4% of our registered players who elect not to play despite the facts that they have registered and have not informed us that they are not participating.
Due to the nature of our program, even a relatively small number like this can cause problems in creating one or two of our teams for the Fall.
