1- Please define Time and Prop. Time in schedule.
2- Will refs show up at the game times even as early as Saturday 8/22 or do we need to do some coordination?

I think prop time is the proposed time from Ken.
Time was as you requested it as a coach.
Good question about refs.

All correct. The games on 8-22 will be covered. The fields are the question (lining and goals).

The fields have been lined. Most goals are set-up at Avery.
