Coaches Carding

We have heard that coaches need carding to be on the sidelines at tournaments? If true, how are those obtained by the coaches?

The coaches will get carded just as the players do.
I cannot recall a tournament -- other than State Cup -- that really cares who is on the sidelines. In fact, in MOSSL, two coaches must be carded to each team, BUT neither of those coaches is required to be on the sidelines. There are no checks done as to who those folks are.
